Project Management Services | Susan Guinto

Not just a PM.
A process-driven one.

Data-Driven Decisions

Six Sigma trains you to make decisions based on data, not guesswork. Every project gets tracked with measurable outcomes.

Root Cause Thinking

When something goes wrong, I don’t just fix the symptom. I find and eliminate the root cause so it doesn’t happen again.

Waste Reduction

I identify unnecessary steps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in your workflow — and remove them so your team works leaner.

Structured Methodology

Every project follows a clear framework — Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control — not just improvised task management.

End-to-end project management — structured and accountable.

I don’t just track tasks in a spreadsheet. I manage the full lifecycle of your projects — from scoping and planning to execution, stakeholder communication, and post-project review.

01

Project Planning & Scoping

Clear project briefs, defined deliverables, realistic timelines, and resource allocation mapped out before a single task begins. No scope creep, no vague objectives — just a structured plan everyone understands.

02

Task & Team Coordination

Tasks assigned, deadlines tracked, and your team kept accountable — without you having to chase anyone. I manage the day-to-day coordination so the project keeps moving and you stay out of the weeds.

03

Risk & Issue Management

Risks identified early, issues resolved fast. Using Six Sigma root cause analysis, I don’t just react to problems — I anticipate them, flag them early, and solve them before they derail your timeline.

04

Reporting & Stakeholder Updates

Regular status updates, progress reports, and end-of-project reviews — communicated clearly to stakeholders at every stage. You always know the status. Your team always knows the priorities.

The DMAIC framework — applied to every project.

Rooted in Six Sigma’s proven DMAIC methodology, every project follows a disciplined structure from start to finish.

For businesses where projects matter — and too many are falling behind.

Project management works best when there’s real work to manage. I come in when your business is growing and you need someone to bring structure, accountability, and process discipline to your projects.

Not the right fit if…

You don’t have active projects underway or your business doesn’t yet have a team to coordinate. PM support requires something to manage — come back when you’re ready to scale.

01

Projects keep going over deadline or over budget

Things start well but drift. Deadlines slip, scope grows, and accountability gets blurry. A structured PM approach fixes this at the root.

02

You’re managing your team’s projects yourself

You’re the one chasing updates, resolving blockers, and keeping everyone aligned — when your time should be spent elsewhere. That’s the role I take over.

03

You’re running multiple projects with no central oversight

Each project lives in a different tool, owned by a different person, with no unified view of status or priorities. I bring structure across all of them.

04

You want process improvement, not just task tracking

You don’t just want someone to tick off tasks. You want someone who can identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and make your projects run better over time.

Things people ask before booking.

What is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt?+
Six Sigma is a data-driven methodology for process improvement originally developed by Motorola and popularised by GE. A Yellow Belt certification means I’m trained in the core principles of Six Sigma — including the DMAIC framework (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), root cause analysis, and waste reduction. It means I bring structured, evidence-based thinking to every project I manage.
What project management tools do you use?+
I work with the tools your team already uses — Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, Monday.com, or any similar platform. If you don’t have a tool in place, I’ll recommend the best fit for your team size and workflow and get it set up as part of onboarding.
Do you manage remote or in-person teams?+
Primarily remote teams, which is where structured PM makes the biggest difference. Async communication, clear documentation, and consistent reporting become critical when teams aren’t in the same room — and that’s exactly what I build.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?+
No. All packages are month-to-month. I ask for 30 days’ notice to cancel or pause. Most clients stay because having real structure in place changes how their business operates — not because they’re locked in.
How many clients do you take on at once?+
I cap my roster at 5 active retainer clients to ensure every project gets the attention and discipline it deserves. Quality over volume — always.
